內在小孩疗愈工作坊: 发现你的天赋礼物

成长的过程，有欢乐，也有悲伤。
某些经历，留下美好的记忆；某些经历，留下了伤痛的印记。

那些尘封已久的往事，有些或许已不复记忆，有些或许已变得模糊。
每个孩子的生存策略，自我保护机制，让某些不愉快的经验，记忆与感受，
深深地锁在潜意识，以及身体的每一个细胞里。

这一切并没有，也不会凭空消失，只是伺机而动;
这一切也影响着我们现在以及接下来的人生，
直到我们愿意【面对】，【接纳】，
这些伤痛将得到【释放】与【转化】。

从胎儿，婴幼儿，孩童时期，青少年时期，
每一个阶段所留下的伤痛，形成内在一个又一个受伤的自己，
就像“俄罗斯娃娃”一般，一层层地包覆着。

那些受伤的，被遗忘的自己，
一直等待着我们的【看见】，【接纳】与【拥抱】。

与自己和好，把自己爱回来，发现你的【天赋礼物】〜 直觉，信任，天真，自发，创造力

【內在小孩疗愈工作坊】透过活动，重新看见自己的生命特质与礼物；
透过内在小孩排列遇见，拥抱不同阶段的自己，面对并穿越过往的发生，
让冻结的生命能量得以流动，让生命的爱与力量得以展现！

这三天的旅程，让我对内在小孩的看待和体会不一样了。内在小孩很天真，也很容易满足。被看见了、被支持了，就释怀了！就回到了那个活泼、可爱的他们！

当他们还不愿意移动，多半是我们还没接受他们。只要对自己真诚、真实，我们更容易靠近自己。谢谢我的他们，谢谢这一切的经历，让我看见了自己的真实、自己的来时路、自己的一切！

感谢这三天的旅程，让我看见自己的童年。对于开心、幸福的部分，感到被爱与喜悦；对于伤心、害怕、恐惧的部分，被看见、臣服、疗愈。

对自己有很多新发现，感觉到心灵在移动，试着穿越、转化一些发生和情绪，开始能比较平静地爱自己、接纳自己，也开始比较平静接受父母亲，重新连接与接纳、靠近他们。

我看见小时候，充满童真和无邪的自己。原来小时候的我，也像小公主一样，喜欢小熊娃娃、喜欢粉红色，很淘气、很活泼的自己。

也看见了：其实爸爸和妈妈的爱一直都在。

感谢小时候的自己，那么勇敢；感谢小时候的自己，陪伴我长大！我爱妳！
