角色工作坊-课程内容
1. 认识自己 — 角色满意度
学习：看见自己－满意的是什么，不满意的是什么，真正的起因是什么。
2. 角色的形成 ─ 发现家庭角色与模式
学习：家庭角色对生活与关系的影响。
3. 关系牢笼 ─ 关系中一直扮演哪种角色无法脱离：受害，加害，拯救？
学习：辨识生活里的关系牢笼，找到出口，迎回内在力量。
4. 情绪根源与创造力的来源 ─内在孩童
学习：了解内在孩童的形成，孩童意识、情绪行为与现在还在重复的模式。如何滋养和引导内在孩童，迎回创造力。
5. 镜映与投射 ─ 从别人身上看见自己
学习：看见投射，自我安抚, 自我宽恕，迎回自己的力量。
6. 动机与结果 ─ 看见自己真实的需求与渴望
学习：真诚面对自己和别人。
7. 影响力 – 连结力量的源头，得到支持和祝福， 连结内在的影响力 。
学习：带着爱发挥真正的影响力。
8. 活出角色 ─ 我是谁？我要成为一个什么样的人？
学习：自我确认。

形式：慧卿老师台湾实体讲课；智慧花园学员在智慧花园实体上 Zoom 课。智慧花园老师带领实体活动和分享。
