【心流生活8周线上微课程】由台湾《关系花园》与《宇宙流》共同合作开办。8星期的线上课程，让参与者开始一堂自我发现的旅程，探索内在的宁静。
我们习惯在外在的世界寻找答案与平静。现在，让我们一起转向内在，探寻那个静宁的空间，通往真正的和平与喜悦。
 

 
📌 【20分钟课程引导】➡️ 学员透过引导学习与内心对话，也透过冥想与静心练习，深入探索内在的宁静与力量。
📌 【课程专设群组】➡️ 学员可在课程期间提问、分享，相互支持、陪伴。
📌 【每周课后作业】➡️ 学员在课后也能持续练习，整理、感受、转化生命，建立持续练习的日常。

课程时长：8周，每周一堂课，每堂课20分钟。
带领：关系花园林慧卿老师、关系花园高晓莹老师、《宇宙流》章介瑋老师
上课平台 ：Zoom
日期：11/20-1/8 (11/20、11/27、12/4、12/11、12/18、12/26、1/2、1/8) ，当中12/26与1/2是星期二，其余都在星期一。
时间：晚上8点 – 晚上8点20分
费用：RM150 （8堂课，每堂20分钟+周间群组）
